Since the early 2000s, Estonia has supported employers who take concrete steps to balance work and family life. Tech Group has now joined the Family-Friendly Employer label program coordinated by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The program aims to encourage organizations to review how their work practices support employees’ well-being, family life, and long-term sustainability. Participation in the program gives Tech Group the opportunity to evaluate existing processes with the help of mentors and to introduce improvements that support employees in different life situations.

Family-friendly work arrangements are not limited to parents with small children. Flexibility and support are equally relevant for employees caring for elderly relatives, balancing work and studies, or facing other personal responsibilities. A broader approach helps ensure fair and practical working conditions across the organization.
The Family-Friendly Employer program lasts between 1.5 and 3 years. In the latest round, 22 organizations were selected from 45 applicants. By taking part, Tech Group is committing to a structured and gradual development process that focuses on people, work quality, and sustainable employment practices.
Our goal is to be the best possible employer for our people – a place where it’s good to work, grow, and maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
