Tech Group will be visiting SEMICON Europa in Munich, Germany from November 10 to 13. SEMICON Europa is Europe’s leading event for semiconductor design and manufacturing. It brings together companies from across the supply chain, from materials and equipment to fabs and advanced packaging, and focuses on building a competitive and sustainable European semiconductor ecosystem. This year it is co-located with electronica at Messe München.
Why SEMICON Europa?
Behind every chip is a long line of specialised equipment: machines for wafer processing, bonding, die attach, photonic assembly and test. Many of the companies that develop this equipment are technology leaders in their niche, but building the machines themselves in growing volumes is a different challenge. Precision mechanics, cleanroom-compatible design and complex assemblies all have to come together reliably, series after series. As Europe works to strengthen its own semiconductor industry, demand for this equipment is growing, and so is the need for manufacturing partners who can keep up. SEMICON Europa is where the equipment makers gather, which makes it a natural place for us to be.
What Tech Group does
Tech Group is a one-stop shop for industrial engineering and contract manufacturing. Equipment makers come to us when they need a partner to build their machines, so they can focus on developing the technology itself. We work in two ways. With Build to Print, you provide the drawings and we manufacture, assemble and test the equipment exactly to your design. With Build to Spec, you give us the requirements and we take care of the engineering as well, turning your specification into a finished, working machine. As a member of EPIC, we also work closely with the photonics industry, building equipment for customers whose processes demand sub-micron precision.
Shall we meet?
If your company develops equipment for semiconductor or photonics manufacturing and you are looking for a reliable partner to build it, we would like to talk. Contact us in advance to book a time that suits you in Munich.
