Estonia’s security depends on the contribution of the entire society. Employers in Estonia play a particularly important role, as they have numerous ways to support national defence. One of the most important ways is to encourage and support the participation of reservists in training exercises. The recognition “Supporter of Defenders of the State” is awarded annually by the Minister of Defence to the most outstanding companies and organisations.
This year, the Estonian Ministry of Defence awarded the “Supporter of Defenders of the State” badge to 517 Estonian employers who have made a meaningful contribution to national security. These companies and organizations have supported reservists by maintaining their income during training exercises and offering various additional benefits.
Tech Group has been recognised with the Bronze Level award, which is given to legal entities and institutions that support Estonia’s national defenders, primarily by enabling their participation in training exercises. Through this support, they contribute to national defence more broadly and serve as role models for other organisations.
