Tech Group was recognized as Exporter of the Year 2025 thanks to our steady growth in international markets and the trust we’ve built with clients across Europe.
Over 95% of the machines we build are exported. These machines are used in factories across Germany, Switzerland, Finland, and beyond in industries like automotive, electronics, photonics, and medical. They test, assemble, and process components ranging from microchips to medical devices.
We don’t try to be everywhere. Instead, we focus on building long-term relationships with companies that need reliable, tailored solutions. Many of the machines take months to develop and build, and we often grow alongside our clients, especially fast-moving tech companies that need flexible and capable engineering partners.
Every project starts with understanding how things work on the client’s side and figuring out how we can help. We build machines that work not just technically, but also in the context of the client’s business.
In 2023, we moved into a new 7500 m² factory and development centre near Tallinn Airport. Around the same time, we fully rolled out LEAN manufacturing across the company. Weekly audits and digital tools help us work more efficiently and reduce mistakes. As a result, we’ve increased productivity by 20% and grown revenue by 33%. All with roughly the same team size.
