Our Head of Factory Automation & Engineering, Marko Paavel, joins the panel “The Project Brief – How to Ask the Right Way?” at 10.45 together with Ken Varik from ATEMIX and Sander Mitendorf from Smitech. The discussion covers something we run into constantly: automation projects succeed or fail long before anything is built, and usually it comes down to how well the initial brief was defined. Most of the expensive surprises in a project trace back to a question nobody asked at the start.
